Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Certain items cannot be returned (see section below)
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our gardening enthusiasts, we cannot accept returns of:
- Hydroponic Growing Media (due to hygiene reasons)
- Grass Seed (once opened cannot be resold)
- Landscape Fabric (if cut or installed)
- Any items marked as “final sale”

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
