Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers should note that customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Hydroponic Growing Media (hygiene reasons)
- Grass Seed (once opened)
- Landscape Fabric (if cut or installed)
- Items marked as “final sale”

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
